Terms of Service

All orders are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation.

Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. A sale is only complete once you receive a written confirmation from our team.

NYXA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders where stock has become unavailable after placement.

We operate primarily within Kenya. International shipping is available on request and subject to separate terms.

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSH) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa), bank transfer, Airtel Money, and cash on delivery (Nairobi only).

Payment must be confirmed before an order is dispatched. We do not hold items without payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. public holidays, courier delays, weather).

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier or delivery agent.

If your delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, re-delivery fees may apply.

NYXA is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Sale items, custom pieces, and items returned after 7 days are not eligible for return or refund.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, NYXA will cover return shipping and provide a full replacement or refund.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from NYXA.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

NYXA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
